Procedure
We rent on a first come first serve basis. Here are the steps to make a reservation:
1. Request a Reservation - Click Here and Complete the Reservation Request Form.
2. Receive an Email After submitting the form a reservation contract will be emailed to you within a few hours.
3. Sign & Send Please read, fill out and sign the reservation contract and PDF it to the email address provided or fax it to the number provided.
4. Process Request Once the PDF and or Fax is received the reservations will be checked to make sure the week(s) you selected are still available. You will receive an email within a few hours regarding the status of the reservation form you signed and submitted.
5. Pending Payment Once your reservation is approved, the weeks you selected are held for you for 3 business days.
6. Confirmation The original signed reservation form along with the deposit must reach our office within 3 business days to fully reserve the week(s) you selected.
